Solid Star Wars book.

I very much enjoyed Ahsoka. It’s so cool to have Ashley Eckstein, the real voice of Ahsoka, narrate the novel. She does a great job. The story is decent. I wish it was a little more action packed but it was still good. It fills some of the gaps of Ahsokas story from the end of Clone Wars to Star Wars Rebels. What was she doing all this time? Listen and you’ll find out. Cool book. Glad I bought it.

now I get it

warning: There are heavy spoilers for Tales of the Jedi, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the Ahsoka novel in this review

when I watched tales of the Jedi and read some of the negative reviews that it received as part of ahsoka's half of the storyline, I didn't understand it. To me, it was an amazing storyline and showed where she came from, how her jedi instincts were formed at a very young age, how she got the training to survive order 66, and what happened after she did. But of all the parts I expected people to have a problem with, it was the fact that it was that last one that surprised me. I thought it was a perfect moment showing ahsoka's raw power, but after reading or more accurately listening to this book, now I get it. It does seem as though this story wasn't thought about when making this episode, but that is hardly the point. Despite people's frustration with the fact that this book was disregarded, I am able to appreciate both works, but this one specifically. It is a perfect showing of how ahsoka becomes fulcrum and also how she is a direct opposite reflection of the inquisitors. She, unlike them, was able to purify corrupt kyber crystals. She also regains her strength and focus in the same way obi-wan does in the kenobi series Ahsoka was always my favourite star wars character, and listening to her story in this book was awesome and amazing and fulfilling all at the same time. Also, the sound effects really help to immerse you and make it feel like you're there, like you can feel all of the emotions that the characters are feeling like you can hear the song of ahsoka's kyber crystals as she hears them like you can visualize the corrupted version of that song in the sixth brother's saber. To me, listening to this story, I was there, and it... felt... amazing

Bringing in Ashley to voice Ahsoka was honestly an amazing decision and she outright nailed it(with absolute no surprise). The story was fantastic, great recommendation!

Long Live Jedi Warrior, Ahsoka Tano!

I've always been a fan of Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and especially loved Clone Wars too! This is a great adventure solo journey of Ahsoka Tano, a former Jedi warrior on a mission of protecting new friends and allies but struggles to regain back her true identity and regaining back her confidence who she used to be once a great apprentice of Anakin Skywalker! If you love Ahsoka, you'll definitely love this story. As well, great performance by Ashley Eckstein for recapturing the voice and personality of Ahsoka. This is wonderful...

Simple adventure story but great narrator

Overall a good, albeit simple, story. The use of Ahsokas voice actor is great as are the background sounds. Worth a listen.

Great read, especially as a clone wars fan.

A great Segway for Ahsokas story from the clone wars to rebels, as well as a satisfying story about the early rebellion. Ashley Eckstein as always did a fantastic job, and it was great as a clone wars fan to have her give voice to the character again.
