Great synthetic mind!
I’ve decades on the road to health, wellness and longevity. I’ve read several good and not so good books about it. I’ve background in biology and philosophy. And, now that I know, I’ve been a biohacker ever since.
But I had never seen a person with this drive to understand and synthesize the most knowledge you can get about a subject and present it so clearly and targeted. He doesn’t give a grain for the ‘knowledge or expertise’ of ppl with credentials if they are not up to date in their own fields of study. He challenges everybody and everything not aligned with the latest breakthroughs. He gives us pointed, practical advice.
I just twisted a bit my own knobs following some of his advices and now I have stronger guts and mind.

Interesting
You could not possibly apply all of these, not would you have the guys to, but interesting to hear the level of advancement now and to come in the longevity field. A mix of redundant information from his earlier books along with some new or updated information. Definitely an interesting read you will get at least a few tips from that you can apply to your own life now along with an good audit more fringe approaches which could be the future. For now, a valid reason to avoid Kale. Thanks Dave.

Great introductory course into the world of human optimization!
This book is the perfect course to dip your toes into basic familiarization of all various modalities out there to optimize your life. After reading/ listening to the book, you should be energized to then go listen to podcasts that interview Dave Asprey and from Dave’s own podcast interviewing experts, you’ll get exposed to the expanded network of experts that Dave pulls his knowledge from. It’s a big world ! If this book peaks your curiosity, then Dip into Ben Greenfield, and joe Mercola, for next level biohacking and human performance optimization

I’m on the quest to become Bulletproof
Especially after listening to this book.
I bought the hard copy so I was able to reference all things mentioned.
I would have preferred Dave to speak a bit slower as some words were unintelligible BUT I have the hard copy to read now so that solves that.
Read this and start saving that retirement money so you can also live to over 100!
