Not what I was expecting
This book may be good for someone who had a very difficult upbringing and who needs to find a way to get over the pain that they carry with them. This was just not my case. The author went through some horrible things growing up and sharing his story can obviously help a lot of people who had to deal with that. But the title should include, "get over your painful past". The title "Help you dig deeper" "Feel stronger" to me means that your already digging deep and Feel strong but simply want even more to live the best possible life that you can. The book made me feel happy to have the childhood that I had and I appreciate the story.

THIS MAN!!!!
I love love love him, his strength and compassion and sweetness and everything he is! One of my favorite audible books to date. I want to hug him!!! I had no idea that he'd gone through such an unthinkable childhood but I did love his energy and dance videos (I own one). It was eye and heart opening to hear him tell his story.

Shaun T doesn't disappoint
This man has been through a lot, and when he pushes you to perform your best, he really does want the best for you. I loved this book, I loved listening to Shaun T and I will certainly listen to the book more than once. He has a great story! I'm so glad I was able to listen on Audible. #Audible1
