I laughed, & cried at this wonderful story! bravo
Stephanie Meyers did an amazing job especially with the character architecture! years ago I watched the movie and loved it but the book was even more amazing!

Unexpectedly Enjoyed!
After Twilight, I wasn't sure what to expect from Meyer but this book is really enjoyable and believable for me. It isn't too sappy but the romance is there, for sure. #Audible1

This is one of my favorites
I originally read this years ago, and fell in love with the characters. Therefore I try to read it once a year. This is very much a story that is centered on the characters, and the mind of the main character. I love seeing how every character evolves throughout the story, and I hope that someday there will be a book two.

Favourite book
Used to be my favourite book when I was younger so I decided to go back to it to see if it was still my favourite.
Still as amazing as I remember! I absolutely love this book. Its so captivating. Slow start, I'll admit. But still great.
the narrator seems a bit too...old to be reading first-person as a young 20-year-old.

Excelent performance and one of my favourite books
I had read this book before listening and Kate Reading's performance brought it to life in new ways while also being very appropriate for the characters, which are many. This book has much better writing than the Twilight saga too, which I like but is undeniably cringy at (many) times.

beautiful story.
I loved the book, the movie and now the audiobook. The characters are so we'll developed and her description of the world they live in is rich and complex. The narrators voice for the seeker is a little irritating but so is the character. Will definitely be a reread in the future.

My new favourite novel!!!!
This story fantastically depicts an Earth reality where humans are commandeered by a higher life form. Many aspects hit close to home and the truth, making it an easy stretch to contemplate this valid alternative. The story is riveting, and the basis is love. you can't go wrong with this delightfully plausible alternate... or not so alternate reality!

Was an absolute fantastic book
Watched the movie years ago and liked it this blows the movie outta the water. Now i want a stand alone sequel (same universe diffrent cast of characters) or a gender bend like she did with life and death.
