Excellent advice to prepare for final interview

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, this book provides excellent advice and concrete examples which will be particularly useful for those who have been asked to prepare for that final interview for a new leadership position by outlining how they will undertake their new role in the first 100 days.

Any additional comments?

It is disappointing that this new version of the book only provides access to the materials and downloads for the previous version of the book. Frustrating and annoying and seems lazy on the part of the provider not to have provided updated links when they are clearly available on the book's own website.

Every leader new to a role or company should read

With decades behind me the approach in the book ring true to the beat for whom I have worked. In advance of taking on a significant new role in a new company I have listened to this book. I find the actions accessible and executable. I plan to follow as much as possible and applicable. What I enjoyed was the presentation of the action steps with granular example and reasons behind the steps. You can clearly judge the outcome possible if a step is taken or not taken.

Extremely useful methods

Not only for new leaders, but great for seasoned ones as well. I’d recommend for learning better ways to engage
