This practice could be great for many different moments, but I am sharing it now because it has helped me in a few particularly challenging days.

In this practice we explore where comfort and ease are felt in our bodies, and, very gently, investigate our moods, scanning our bodies with curiosity to see what is alive within us. Although we might meet discomfort in this practice, we focus on getting familiar with the more calm, confident, and regulated parts that are there, present and available in our bodies.
