We have one ENERGETIC episode for you today… Tess Riley is only a sophomore in college at James Madison University, but man does she have an accomplished career in not only business– but business that always has an impact behind it. From just 2nd grade she was thinking this way, and it’s led her all the way up to today as the founder of Riles Designs Co, a jewelry brand fueled by her christian faith, with a goal to give back to several causes that are close to her heart. We’ll be going over the serendipitous way in which this brand first came to be (a COVID story like many young brands we see in college today), and the sense of balance and gratitude she carries with her as a founder that just reminds me of what being in business is really all about.
