We have quite the distinguished guest here with us today, she’s a senior Digital Marketing major at Appalachian State University, who has been growing her brand ‘Carolina Crafts 4 U’ over the past 3 years as a college student entrepreneur. AND she received the Best Student Business Award in her local town of Boone, NC. Every year this local-loving town of Boone highlights the local businesses and attractions the community loves most– and Katelyn’s business was one of these– voted in by her fellow students. After some bumpy road initially with her young brand, she embraced the journey and kept with it– and now has seen SO many highlights in reaching customers with her beautiful designs she sells on glass cups among other products.
