Relationship Series: Gaslighting in Relationships and How ADHD Affects Relationships is a two-part series with two subjects that are closely intertwined. Adults with ADHD are actually more vulnerable and susceptible to gaslighting due to their already low self-esteem and need to please people. This series focuses on relationships for both those with ADHD and those that suffer from a gaslighting abusive relationship. Each audiobook does an excellent job of defining their topic and going into greater detail of exactly what is meant from either gaslighting or ADHD.
