Took a chance with this one and regretted it by chapter 2. Too much name dropping and citing of scientific studies to make his bro science sound more credible. Was expecting something more profound but instead just got a collection of tips and bandwagon pseudo-scientific health fads being passed off as the be-all and end-all for everyone. The info here isn't anything new or different then what you can get from a few health/fitness podcasts which are free, more entertaining, and can sometimes offer alternative perspectives.
