If you’re someone who gets bored easily by texts then this book is perfect for you as the language and wording is really sparks interest by the title you can tell this book is going to be more open and not conservative with the text. A breath of fresh air for a self help book and the concepts discussed were great. I enjoy that it provides comparison for the concepts in a direct manner as it strengthens the points being made.

This audiobook is a great read however the narrator is dull and his voice made it boring at times - sadly fell asleep a few times. Aside from the negative, this book has incredible tips on investing and how to be a proficient investor. Overall glad to read this and recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about investing.

Highly recommend this audio book! Honestly it really opens your mind to new perspectives and provides an understanding to why the developing mind may lead to certain decisions. For example the first chapter opened my mind to why youth may join gangs/terrorist groups due to a sense. Each chapter focuses on different concepts and it was very interesting while increasing the curiosity of the developing brain.

Absolutely great book! Had the fortunate opportunity to listen to this book as I was hiking through the jungles of Asia. I do believe these concepts are true through my personal experience of connecting with nature. However, on the scientific side to eliminate bias it would be great to monitor someone’s brain activity if they were to go to a new city. Measuring those brain activities would provide a platform to compare if nature produces the positive results or if it is being in a new environment. The focus is on nature, but it does require more research on the opposite spectrum to fully provide solid evidence of the 3 day effect.

Really enjoyed listening to this audio book! Very insightful, but I do wish I listened to Cash Quadrants prior to better understand the concepts. I plan on re-listening to this book after completing the Cash Quadrant. The concepts in the book really opened new doors to ideas and perspectives on how to better have money work for me. Glad to have invested my time with this book.
