Filled with tons of precious information, this book is definitely the best I’ve read so far on the keto diet. I found so many helpful and relevant information, that made my keto journey so much easier! I really love listening to Jimmy Moore; he explains things really well and simple, and is a no-bullshit pretty straightforward guy.

The quality of the recording was not optimal and I found that many recipes were filled with carbs, therefore not keto at all! Who eats beans, maple sirup and potatoes on a keto diet? Weird! I think I will be returning this book unfortunately.

I wished I had listened to this book years ago!

As a child of a borderline mother, I really wished I had listened to this book much before in my twenties!! I am almost 40 years old, and still struggling with putting limits to my overwhelming mother. I was definitely a parented child and still am. This book is a really good start for me and I already started using some great techniques, teached in this book to set limits firmly but with love and compassion. I will read more books about surviving a borderline parent, which are mentioned in this book. Lastly, I have to say that I really enjoyed the voice of the narrator, which was so soothing to me!

J’ai adoré l’écoute de ce livre, que je vais certainement réécouter. J’ai apprécié le ton direct, franc et clair de Olivier, qui a également un très bon sens de l’humour! Il m’a aidée à avoir plus confiance en moi et en mes moyens au travail. Je ne pensais même pas avant de l’écouter que ce livre-audio aurait un tel impact dans ma vie professionnelle! Il fait référence à de nombreux outils intéressants (raccourcis clavier, applications, sites web, livres, stratégies de négociation, etc), ce pourquoi j’aimerais le réécouter pour prendre des notes. Je vais possiblement même me procurer la version papier. Bravo pour cet excellent ouvrage Olivier!
