I’ve read the book in original many years ago and seen various movies and tv shows, since then, etc. Some versions changed the fate of some characters and I liked very much the ones where a certain fierce female character - will not name her - gets to live.

First, I was impressed with the narrator’s vocal range making it so easy to differentiate between the various characters. It also gave credibility by using a local flavour. The author threaded the story keeping you guessing until the end. She writes very well and you feel that you are actually there. I’ll get the next audiobook in the series for sure.

This is book 2 in the series; even better than the 1st one. The narrator is very good with a large vocal variety. I am looking forward to the next book.

I did not read the graphic novel but I saw the movie. I loved it. Compared to the movie, the same story presented in this audiobook appeared a bit rushed. I think that 1 hour and 3 minutes was not enough to do this story justice. Otherwise great story and great performance!

This is a story that I enjoyed very much as a child and then, as an adult, seeing the Disney version with my two kids. A woman myself, I agree that women suffered inequality in all societies around the world and that we had/have to fight for our rights! That being said, this version of the story reeks of political correctness and this takes away from the original version which was I thought True Love. It was not about the society frowning upon girls being taught how to read... Sorry, could not finish the book.

One of my favourite Stephen King books!

This was a book that I enjoyed very much in the audiobook form. The narrator has a large spectrum of ‘voices’ although I found that she does a much better job with the adult voices. The author has his well known way of building real suspense and terror and I enjoyed that he did not take ‘sides’ and presented the world equally through poor Cujo’s eyes. But then I am a dog person and that really influenced my view. Loved the book!

Loved the book and the TV show. The concept is amazing and intelligent! Then, I listened to the audiobook and loved it even more! The narrator has a good vocal variety that makes the characters in the audiobook come alive!
