First, if there's any part in your life do you feel is out of control or if there's an area that you want to be more comfortable in, this is a great tool.
Mel Robbins in her no-nonsense style coaches 6 people through their fear. Then unpacks it for you and provides insight and take always on how it applies to you.
Also, there is a free downloadable workbook to help you process through it as well.
Jampack with insights and aha moments this is a gem! I highly recommend if you are wanting to strengthen your life and move to move.
(Currently, this is only found on audible. 10 hours of deep insight. Was well worth the cost to me)
