Very useful for developing new habits or altering small irritating habits
Fun, simple, and lots of easily applied tips to developing/breaking simple everyday habits!
Re: addictions: Tips can be helpful for one who is coming out of addiction but likely only as an extra reminder for one who is already participating in a rehab program.
