I love Tony Robbins's work. Unfortunately, this one failed to impress me. It is an edited version of his live seminar. In many instances, I could hear him interacting with the audience and not necessarily delivering his message. I could find interesting bits here and there. I just do not think that's what an audiobook is supposed to be.

This book reveals key concepts that make or break marriages. I especially liked the concept of "Four horsemen of the apocalypse" that sabotages the conversation and the relationship with the partner. I think many insights I learned from this book can be applied to other types of relationships, not just marriages. So this book is great for anyone who wants to develop a lasting and meaningful relationship - which is everyone. I appreciated the example dialogues as well as the narrator's attempts to differentiate the male and the female speakers.
This book's biggest weakness was the "workbook" portion. At the end of each chapter, the narrator read every single item on the checklist and the options. I thought this worked for some lists, such as the list of phrases that show appreciation to the partner, and the list of phrases that clearly signal repair attempts. But I found that they dragged the overall pace of the book. Towards the end I had a hard time concentrating on the words even though they were some of the best parts of the book. "The Men's Guide to Women" was written by the same author and read by the same narrator. I enjoyed that book because the jokes were better and it had "cheat sheets for heroes" at the end of each chapter that was easy to understand and remember. I was able to focus on the content until the very end. I wonder if a similar formatting could have been applied here, and leave those workbooks as PDF attachments.
At any rate, the key concepts are clearly explained and I learned a lot from this book. I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed the book. I described what I learned from this book to my female friends. They said that these lessons were spot on! I also liked the examples and stories they provided. I am going to listen to this book again.

This audiobook requires your full concentration. I had a very hard time understanding what the author was trying to say. Even example dialogues were hard to understand. I appreciated certain pieces of information based on the findings at the Love Lab. But that was about it. This book is not for everyone.

It was difficult to finish this book. Old phrasing and also contains outdated information. Books like this getting 5 stars is not reasonable. Now I will check all the reviews before purchasing a book on Audible.

Most of the content is a repeat of the same concept. There were interesting bits here and there but I finished because of Chris Hogan. There is a limit to what creativity and the narrator's performance can do to keep readers engaged in dry content. I would suggest reading Chris's first book first before considering this one.

Tony Robbins knows how to get you motivated to pursue the financial freedom. I listen to this book every now and then to get motivated. There are some awkward sections, such as the interviews with the investing guru's, where Jeremy (the narrator) explains who said what for every single line. Also, the content is relatively long. However, the overall content is good in my opinion. I would recommend this to my friends. #Audible1
