Kate Morton must be a brilliant mind. The story has so many twists and turns and the depth of thought that each character has is deep.
I did find it a little dark at times and had to take breaks, but overall an enthralling listen. #Audible1

I fell in love with Caroline Myss with this book. She is so down to earth and embodies everything she teaches. She doesn't READ the book, she teaches it and she explains it and she brings the concepts to life with real life stories. I will be listening to this one over and over! #Audible1

In keeping with his trademark style, Dan Brown, author of The Da Vinci Code and Inferno, interweaves codes, science, religion, history, art, and architecture in this new novel. Origin thrusts Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon into the dangerous intersection of humankind's two most enduring questions - and the earthshaking discovery that will answer them.

I always enjoy listening to Dan Brown books read by Paul Michael, but I found this one a little light on the story line and much too verbose when it came to insignificant details that didn't relate to the story.
I did like the twists it took towards the end, but I also thought it could have used more old world symbolism. It IS about Robert Langdon after all! #Audible1

Harvard professor of symbology Robert Langdon awakens in a hospital in the middle of the night. Disoriented and suffering from a head wound, he recalls nothing of the last 36 hours, including how he got there...or the origin of the macabre object that his doctors discover hidden in his belongings. Narrator Paul Michael is a gifted narrator and so interesting to listen to. He is able to bring all the characters to life with just a slight shift of his voice through intonation, tone and volume. Even with Italian thrown into the mix, he makes it sound true to life and effortless. I was easily lost in the story and could picture all the characters as though I were watching them with my own two eyes!
Thank you for sharing your gift Paul!
