I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this extent of pain and suffering, clearly there are psychological problems deep underneath. However all respect towards Mr. Goggins, his life and book are just amazing!

Book is for god believers which is not for rational person as me, just couldn't finish it. Author is clearly delusional, he wishes well and believes in what he is saying, a good person, I have no doubt about that.

Book started good, had a nice story, however as it goes on and starts with genetics and neuroscience it becomes clear that author goes way behind his knowledge, it prompt me to look for what kind of doctor is Mr. Dispenza. I suspected only chiropractic would go with quackery statements of that sort...I was right unfortunately, plus got to read some negative articles about him as well...none of the miraculous statements have any physical proof and his miraculous recovery from spine injury isn't backed up with any X-ray proof. Disappointed.
