David Tennant is, as always, fantastic. I’d give him six stars if that were an option.
The story is completely different from the movie. I’d seen the movie first, and thought i’d give the book a try. But I would not compare the two to each other. This story is being reviewed completely on its own merits, since apart from the characters’ names the book and the movie have practically nothing in common. I enjoyed this book. It was entertaining. But I don’t think I have anything further to give it than that.
