Erin Moon's narration is surgically articulate in pronunciation to the point where she sounds painfully robotic and emotionless. This really took me out of my experience in getting lost in the core of Richard Freeman's teachings. I understand the need for precise narration but I really wish Erin knew a thing or two about natural vocal delivery. I wish Freeman himself had narrated. Compare this to Freeman's "The Yoga Matrix" where he narrates himself.

Looking past the delivery - the material is paramount for any yoga practitioner in cultivating a strong philosophical and conceptual understanding of their practice. The material in this book is truly a hidden gem ♥️

A must for anyone on their YTT journey

The density of material is profound. Richard has done a spectacular job leading the listener through the many facets of yogic philosophy, ultimately culminating the "journey" by bringing it all together into one interconnected "mesh". You could listen to this innumerable times and still find gems of insight to apply to your personal journey.
