Just when you think you've read Kings best book, you pick up another one. Watched the first season first, listened to this next, lived both. Once you let yourself get into Will's voice he really helps you feel the different characters well I believe.

I also read The Outsider first had no idea that they were even connected, what a pleasant surprise that was. #WorldBuilderKing

The story itself was an interesting concept with lots of potential to explore. unfortunately it just kinda comes up short. It's much quicker than I expected, quite short, and the mystery just seems hollow as it's not much of a mystery

A bit of a slow starter as many King books can be, but once again he draws you in with fantastic characters that you begin to connect with. Next thing you know they are a part of your life and you can't wait for your next reading session. Will Patton couldn't have been more perfect for the characters and this book a truly wonderful listen!

Only so many stories have captivated me across multiple books in a series and managed to take me on an adventure. That's exactly what this series, Sarah Mass, Aelin, and the wonderful Elizabeth Evans. This book was really the pièce de résistance of the series non-stop action from start to a thrilling finish. Throne of Glass now ranks right up there with The Dark Tower and Lord of the Rings as books that truly transported me

Although I still love the early books and Aelin's Assassin adventures this one may be my favourite book in the series so far. A thrill ride from start to finish as the merry band make there way across the continents all leading up to that dramatic finish! Excellent

*Spoilers* It was surprising to find out it was a whole book of Chaol and crew but despite no Aelin it was still a great story and a necessary piece to the puzzle. I also loved how it tied in Irene from the Assassin's (pre-book).

A necessary part of the timeline for sure and still an overall excellent book yet not my personal favourite in the series so far. It does what I believe it's aimed at which is to move the story along and set up the next book in the series

My favourite in the throne of glass series so far! After The Dark Tower I didn't honestly believe I would read another series where I'd come to love the characters so much but I have definitely found it again here Sarah Maas doesn't disappoint! Fantastic

Another good book in the series, I personally didn't enjoy it as much as the first 2 but I still really enjoyed it. Each page I turn I get more attached to Celeana as a character, I look forward to the remaining books in the series.

The characters are well written and intriguing, with Selina standing out amongst them of course although I really enjoyed Sam as well.

The voice acting was good, I found the male characters often were given a slight inflection that made them sound a little dumb. Almost like all men are a little dopey.

Great story and great read/listen overall
