I like the story and would love to listen to 2nd book but I really don’t like this narrator. I wish I had been paying attention when I purchased the story as she has ruined another series for me too. Interesting story with a different twist, not your typical romance that’s for sure. Might have to kindle the second book to see what happens.

I will be purchasing all the books in this series because of him. As for the story, another sexy dark romantic story right up my alley with characters to fall in love with.....sigh

There are some odd things about Nate’s new apartment. Of course, he has other things on his mind. He hates his job. He has no money in the bank. No girlfriend. No plans for the future. So while his new home isn’t perfect, it’s livable. The rent is low, the property managers are friendly, and the odd little mysteries don’t nag at him too much. At least, not until he meets Mandy, his neighbor across the hall, and notices something unusual about her apartment. And Xela’s apartment. And Tim’s. And Veek’s.
