Most of us believe that we will finally feel satisfied and content with our lives when we get the good news we have been waiting for, find a healthy relationship, or achieve one of our personal goals. However, this rarely happens. Good fortune is often followed by negative emotions that overtake us and result in destructive behaviors.

I'll be honest... I think this book caused a HUGE shift in my life....however, I almost gave up listening to it several times, due to the monotone narration. I ordered the actual paper copy so I can go back and review, because I kind of 'zoned out' several times when I was listening. The heart of the message was great - I just wish the delivery had been more aligned with the power of this content!

Within the first 5 minutes, I felt like 'Rach' was an old friend. I listeened to this in my car, and PUMPED my fist and shouted into the air in agreement....I listened to this while I was staining our wood floors, and at one point, CLAPPED my hands together, forgetting the stain, and spattered my face with 'smokey walnut'. (as it turns out, it IS my colour!).

Her easygoing, honest, RAW and authentic voice shines true in this really, really relevant work. I sometimes struggle with audio books that have amazing content, but a monotone narrator...NOT a worry here!! Rachel is spirited, and takes us with her on a journey. Possibly the BEST part is when you can HEAR the heartbreak, passion, drive and spirit in her voice!!!

I cannot get enough of this book, so went out and purchasd the hard copy, and if it is soon said (and I believe it will be so) that Rach has developed a 'cult following' - then pass me the Kool-Aid because I'll have whatever she's having.
