Excellent narrating Jimmy! As usual, you’re very easy to listen to. The book content is great and very in depth just like the Obesity Code before it. I just wish the chapters had their titles to be able to go back and find information again easier.

The background information given in the first 3/4 of the book is so incredibly informative. Confirms that he’s not just *spewing* out more opinions, he’s basing it all on previous research that’s been done and proven! Thank you for this book! Now off to listen to the Complete Guide to Fasting.
Very well read too! Listening to Brian Nishii was very easy and not monotone at ALL!
