Even if you've never read psychology based books, this is a very easy listen and a great starting point to changing your habits.
It covers a great deal of practical things we can do to change our habits, and exhibits a vast variety of science backed studies that have had different effects on people so you can try different methods that might work for you.
An easy and great listen.
