Of all the diet / healthy living / weight loss / etc. books ever written, this one is by FAR the best. (and I've read them all)
Oonagh strips things down and gets back to the basics of real common sense weight loss advice and EXACTLY how to achieve it.
She is super hilarious and SO relatable ! Even if you don't want to lose weight, I would still recommend this book based on the fact that she is just so entertaining and charismatic, LOL. There are so many thought provoking ideas that will make you think differently this time about how to reach your goals. Some amazing tips in every chapter, I laughed and cried and loved every minute of listening to this in my car everyday.
Do not miss out on Healthy as F*uck. I am even going to buy the hard copy to have for reference.
