I got it because of the audible sale and I am so glad I did. it tells an outstanding tale that makes you have to keep listening. the narration is very well done and is easy to listen to.

An amazing tale of loss and loyalty. It's a heartbreaking story that brings you many emotional ups and downs; and draws you closer to the leader who trained Firestar.
It helps you see why she reacted as she did in the original arc and shows the loyalty she had in her days before Firestar joined the clan.
Can't wait until we receive the next super editions.

the book itself seems like it could have been good but I couldn't even finish because the voices used were just so terrible.
the mc is an ass for no reason.. there's being stubborn then there's what this mc pulls.. pure assholery

I enjoyed how the mc actually got a ingame personal history, it was a nice change that you don't see to often in litrpgs of this style.

Minor spoilers ahead

Also, I've noticed some comments talk about how the book is contradictory, and in a few points maybe a little, but in one of the main points brought up where he left the army just to join another right after.... actually read the circumstances.. though he did not join the army by choice, he later says that he had fought regardless. For two tours. And when he did leave, it was because as a quarantined soldier it was the only way to see his family before he died. And when he did go to join ingame it wasn't because he suddenly felt a calling to be a soldier again, it was for the sole reason of getting a dragon mount.

the voices of Jeff hays and other members as well as the effects used always work well to bring these stories to life

probably a good 70% of my library is sound booth theater. 😁

kept me hooked the whole way through, I enjoy how this series takes a step away from how many litrpg are made and makes the mc actually in a sense the bad guy. I like the fresh perspective and can't wait for a book 3.

This was awesome, I love the joke that you make about the name felix being a pencil pusher name, just tying it back to your other series and the one where felix is the star. I can totally see this guy being either an allie or enemy if that's the way you do this. Regardless great book, great story.
