As a person with BPD
This book made me feel much worse about myself and as if I’m a monster even though I don’t have many of these symptoms. This made me feel as if I am an abusive person who only hurts people. After reading and talking to people no one really thinks of me as abusive but I can’t get out of my head that I’m a bad person because of what I’ve read in this book. So over all if you’re a person that has a loved one with BPD this may just make the person feel worse and if you hide it from them it will likely end up in a worse outrage because they will feel like they have hurt you and because they can’t regulate their emotions it will not come out well.
