Best "Diet" Book Out There
This is the book I needed. I wanted something that would be a guide to a healthier lifestyle, but not a fad diet or someone's personal anecdote of what worked for them.
Dr. Fung has spent many years doing research and backs up every statement with cold, hard facts. However, he is able to present everything in a simple, even humorous at times, way that is easy to understand.
Don't let the title fool you. This is a book that will explain why you are fat, and what to do to not be fat. If you were looking for a book to help you start living a healthy life, this is it. #Audible1
