Presents an interesting perspective on spin in the media. The author weaves examples from brand image and product advertisements into politics and back to compare and contrast the differences and growing similarities between the two.
The narration was average. He had good elocution and pace but sometimes it seemed as if he was reading someone else's work and wasn't really connecting. I have no major issues with his style but I was actually surprised to see that it was read by the author.
The only downside I can see would be for listeners who are far to the right on the political spectrum. It is, of course, impossible to write a book on spin without real-life examples from politics. I think the author does a decent job of balancing his political examples but they seemed, to me, to be skewed slightly in favour of the left. For most, this wouldn't be an issue, but it would annoy a few.

If you're looking for a biography, or something similar, about gen. John Pershing this is not the book you're looking for. This audiobook is based on letters and correspondence from Americans involved in WWI with, perhaps, a slightly higher amount focused on Pershing. It is interesting in that regard, and the content was enjoyable due to it's topic, but I felt that the title was slightly deceptive.

As my title suggests, this is required listening for true warriors. At times, Lt. Grossman's voice can be too mellow making the information seem dry, but those times are rare. Overall, what is presented here is undescribably invaluable for all warriors. Listen and pay attention. Then listen again. Buy and read the book until it falls apart.

I've lost track of how many times I've listened to this. This book and the information it teaches should be required reading for anyone looking to take control of their finances. The knowledge is delivered in the shroud of stories from long lost Babylon. The narrator is perfect for this material and makes you feel as if you're part of the story, sitting with him as he tells his tale..
