started off okay..
Everything she is reciting is true, a good path to better habits is essentially what she teaches. The story of her realization of the bad drinking does hit home and I appreciate the strength it truly takes. As soon as we start listing off essential oils, mantras, yoga, tea, I mean I understand these help but ya ya ya.... we already know what is classified as good habits but those clearly dont work for everyone.

Definitely some disturbing stories that keep you listening, although SO MANY LOOSE ENDS. So many unanswered questions and details that make you want to research the case further.
