I thought this book was well organized. It had great flow. I loved the summary review at the end of each chapter. I study behaviour, so I loved the more detailed explanations as to why we do what we do. I think everyone should learn that, it removes the guilt, fear and shame we seem to attach to our thoughts....when our thoughts are Normal.
Voice was good and enjoyable to listen to. I like the approach to habit changing. I look forward to putting this approach in action.

I really enjoyed this book. Clear and direct information - gets to the point and provides great examples of couples struggles.
Really, all of these principles can be applied to all relationships, giving all a chance to live a healthier more positive life. Enjoy!

Fell upon this book after watching Dr. Gundry on a video. So many things he said registered with me as I am "allergic" to peanuts, cashews and hazelnuts. I have Celiacs disease, Hashimotos thyroid and recently have some type of Auto-immune issue attacking my left eye. I already have a Gluten free diet. I limit dairy, mostly because I am so reactive to milk, cream cheese and other soft forms of cheese. I limit tomatoes and citrus because it gives me a rash and acne. Why am I so sensitive to Healthy foods? maybe lectins are an issue for me. I will slowly adjust my diet to remove as much lectin as possible and see if my health improves...as my gut heals. I wish there was more confirmed science in the book, but as someone who works in health care, i know research and research techniques are improving and developing all the time so we can get the answers we need. As I have personally modified my diet over the years, for me its not really going to be a big change...but i will do it slowly so I can stay on it longterm ( or some form of a modified version that works for me and my family).
