Denise is fantastic, enthusiastic and wnjoyable to listen too. I was often laughing outloud.
There are a few blips in this version that I found super cute. Simply could use a bit editing in some parts where Denise stops, gets muddled and/or repeats herself. Not a big deal. Subject matter and delivery fantastic. Loved it!!

This is amazing!
Of course it comes to me exactly when I needed it. I actually want the physical book now so I can revisit the excercises laid, because I tend to listen while Im doing other things.
So uplifting, soul nurturing and overall inspiring to get out there and do me. Really loved it!
