Story
I've ruined everything. I had a mate. Resonance. Happiness. But then T'chai's attacked by ravenous sky-claw and almost killed. To help him recover, I tell the healer to turn off our unfulfilled resonance. It's temporary...or so I think. Big mistake. Because now my khui acts like it's dead and it hates T'chai. But I still love him. How do we move forward when I can't bear his touch? Is there a way to get back our happiness together, or is it time to give up on what we once had? T'chai has other plans, though.

waited and enjoyed i think one of the biggest skills Ruby Dixon has that she flexes throughout this series and it's parent series is her ability to present anxious and anxiety-based characters and then get into their head and make them extremely likeable with their anxieties bear Mari it's just the latest in that line and it's a delight to see and read every single time. as usual the story was fun and cute I'll definitely listen to it again and I would recommend this series to anyone

Story
Wrongly imprisoned whistle-blower Rachel Pierce would rather take her chances with her court appeal than accept her place as the first Interstellar Bride destined for the Colony. She’s stubborn and determined to seek justice - and her freedom - on Earth...but her mates are not willing to risk her life or her future on a system they believe to be both primitive and corrupt.

the Pearland Prime Warriors are some of my favorites so I enjoyed this a good deal expanding into more information and politics on the colony was something I was definitely looking forward to and enjoyed hearing however there was something slightly off in the female narrators delivery it was good they were just points where the way she would narrate kind of pulled you from the story almost. icing was a stylized choice this one is more crass then the other Interstellar bride series books but I think part of that is almost metaphorical the harshness of the situation for those on the colony. all in all this is a good book if you like the series this is not a bad way to keep living in that universe I'll definitely get the next one in the audiobook form.

Story
Everyone knows Megan and Cashol hit it off the moment they resonated...didn't they? But when Josie goes into labor, an offhand comment makes Megan point out to her friend that no, things weren't always so smooth. Just because resonance is immediate doesn't mean it's immediately perfect. But also...just because it's an instant bond doesn't mean it's wrong. Sometimes it's very, very right.

Story
The aliens who abducted me made a mistake. The Grivath have sold us on Gule - a planet known for dealing in human flesh. The women who are being held captive with me are in high demand and they all look like models. Me? I’m 5'2 shy, curvy, and a kindergarten teacher. Maybe they really meant to take my pageant queen sister? Our ship has crashed and half of the women are missing. Insert the tall, sexy warrior aliens, who saved us. Things are looking up, except that one of them is eyeing me like a snack, and not in a cannibalistic way - if you catch my drift.

Story
Keenan is the mistake Khloe knows she shouldn't make. As an incubus, he's got an inside track into everything that makes her tick, and even though she's immune to his supernatural (and frankly unfair) sex appeal, that doesn't stop her body - and her demon - craving him. If it were any other male she'd have worked it out of her system ages ago and moved on, but this time she's scared that if she ever gives in, she won't escape unscathed.

as usual the story was really good it was fun and interesting had a couple of good twists but the most notable thing about this audiobook was the narrator was good the cartoon voices were brought to a minimum they were still out there enough that you knew this was the original version but not so out there as to be off-putting. There are some production issues there's a point when the narrator is clearly talking to someone outside of the booth that could have been cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this book

Story
Marooned on a sand planet, injured, and separated from her crew, Captain Danica Miller is not having a good day. When she’s rescued from the desert by a huge, gold-skinned alien, she doesn’t know whether to be relieved or to panic. Not only is he clearly a barbarian — a barely-dressed one at that — he seems to be able to read her thoughts. Even worse? She can sense his. And he seems to think she’s his to claim.

a prequel that doesn't disappoint that's what this is It's brilliant and captivating and it makes you yearn for more every step of the way it holds the magic of The hunger Games series but it doesn't pander to your first experience and exposure you could genuinely read this book and then go straight into the first hunger Games book and have no issue following it nothing would be spoiled nothing will be changed just the significance of things in this book to the way they're used in the next books would remain brilliant no matter how you chose to take in this narrative. Susan Collins should apply herself this was amazing I would highly recommend this series and this book as a part of the series.

Story
S'bren doesn't realize what a mess he's stepping in when he steals me away. He just wants to resonate. Sweet, right? But his methods are all wrong and resonance doesn't look as if it's happening anytime soon for either of us. So I'm going to use this time away from the camp as an opportunity. We're going to go exploring and not return to the beach camp until I'm good and ready. It's one part punishment for him - being my guide - and one part adventure for me. We'll have fun, swing from some vines in the fruit cave, and then return to Icehome when we're good and ready.

I would highly recommend.

Story
What's a bigger disaster than being stranded on an ice planet with a bunch of aliens, never to return home? Resonating to the biggest jerk of all those aliens, of course. I hate M'tok, and it seems to be mutual. He thinks I'm ugly and unpleasant, and doesn't understand why I don't just fling myself at him. In his eyes, resonance has decided, and that's that. Problem is, resonance keeps pushing us together. And when that doesn't make me jump into his furs...he steals me away from the camp. I can't avoid him if there's nowhere to go.

I think the beauty of this particular story and the battle between these two characters is the fact that they come from two different worlds so you can understand where it went awry right away I like that this one touches on depression and being upset about being ripped away from your home and the dynamic that could cause in a person. this story is fun I definitely enjoyed it it gave a wonderful nod to the original series in the best of ways I would highly recommend. ps a cliffhanger are you kidding me I feel betrayed sure I had lready pre-ordered the other book the same day I pre-ordered this book and the one before it when they became available for order but that's not the point! 🥺💀😱🥰🥰🥰
