I enjoyed this series a lot. Very well done. Will be watching for more from this author.

This is a very good series. Kind of predictable, but very good. The narrator makes this series so easy to listen to.

Decent story, wasn’t expecting a sermon.

I get that religion can play a part in a book, or series. But the story got derailed a bit too much from the constant scripture reading. Aside from the multiple bible study sessions, this is a decent series.

The first two books are really, really good. Nothing in these books is beyond reality. Looking forward to the next one.

Better than I had hoped it would be!

Jack Carr does an amazing job telling the story. And the narrator does an awesome job. Just about to start the third book.

The premise of these books is pretty good. There needs to be at least one more book to finish this series. The ending is pretty abrupt, and pretty much screws up the whole story line. Expected more.

Way to preachy for a post apocalyptic emp book.

First off, the story is decent. Then it gets totally sidetracked by bible verses at the beginning of each chapter. The author may be risking losing readers. I like the story, but don’t want to be preached at like I was throughout this book. I wonder if the rest of his books are like this...

The narrator was very good, only thing that kept me listening. The story is so-so. Vampires, and silver bullets, and the amazing ability of the main characters managing to live through it all. Ending fell flat.
