Fun, Informative, and Entertaining Read.
It's a great collection of so many things Aubrey talks about on his podcast nicely summarized into one place. If you're curious about the science and practical application of some of the best health & optimal living techniques out there then this is the book for you.
I'll certainly go back through this book to re-focus and ensure I'm on the right path often.
