I've read and listened to many other books, each adding something, but this one was the one that broke the last straw. Most profound tools/ideas for me were the 2 kin habit and that you don't need a will power constantly, but have a discipline to show up and do the habit every day.
P.S. Can't wait for Russian translation to send it to my parents.

But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a US Armed Forces icon and one of the world's top endurance athletes. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force Tactical Air Controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events.

I randomly bought this book. By the cover, I thought it's going to be a somewhat pretentious story about success, but as I was listening to the story - I was very surprised by the power of the message, and understood a context behind the title of this book.
"Can't Hurt Me" gave me a much needed outside perspective and example of a dedicated and passionate day to day life, and to set your bar beyond best perfomance.
