James Clear achieved exactly what he meant to with this book: to provide people with a simple systematic way to acquire good habits and cut bad ones. Since I applied the Atomic Habits approach I've been improving 1% each day without compromising my other daily activities. This book is a must for anyone who wants to discover and master the power of small changes and improvements.
