I lived the concept, it's what he talks about in YouTube videos, but the full break down of where it comes from. I prefer the YouTube videos because lots of the scienced based evidence, doesn't really matter to us the general readers. but worth the listen.

He spends the first 2 hours bragging about his method, he spends maybe a total of an hour giving you the profit first method. I mean there's a few take homes, but nothing new. Create bank accounts make sense, so there's your one nugget. I'd suggest for people that implement this to find bank accounts that yields high interest so your not just opening a bunch of accounts and not getting anything back from it.
Read a summary and save your time, I have open loop syndrome... If I start something, I finish it, wish I didn't start this one.

Interesting about giving good, meaningful gifts vs just anything. We give tons of gifts to our clients and making one of meaning is key. Great book, worth the investment

There were some real golden nuggets to be learned in this book.

Some really great stories about reflections, the stone mason story in regards to being content with yourself will stick with me forever

Better with the work book. More substance required and wouldn't not recommend it. Book is not what one would think it is.
