Dr. Fung dispels many myths about dieting, explaining why it usually fails to be successful. He purports five tenets of weight loss. Decreasing intake of added sugars and refined grains, increasing intake of natural fats, fiber and vinegar and moderating consumption of protein. Fasting is encouraged as a way to achieve weight loss. This very inspiring book helped me to lose the weight I wanted to and the tools to keep it off. #Audible1
