We're too tired to think, too wired to focus, less efficient than we want to be, and guilty about not getting enough time with our loved ones. We all know that we feel starved for time, but what are we actually doing about it? Precious little. In The Art of Stopping Time, New York Times best-selling author Pedram Shojai guides us towards success with what he calls time prosperity - having the time to accomplish what you want in life without feeling compressed, stressed, overburdened, or hurried.

"The Art of Stopping Time" lives up to its title.

It's the kind of book you'll want to consume chunk by chunk, little by little, over the course of 100 days -- each lesson offering you an opportunity to hit "Pause" from your busy life and reflect.

Pedram "The Urban Monk" Shojai's teachings are down to earth enough to keep me engaged, and wise enough to make me grow. His work is highly needed in our hyperactive and disconnected society.

Vibe explores the foods, natural substances, and lifestyle practices that can raise our vibrations. Robyn Openshaw reveals evidence that shows how drinking green juice, using certain essential oils, and engaging in yoga and meditation raises the frequency of the human brain and other organs. Living in a "high vibe" state can make us resilient to illness, fatigue, burnout, and depression. Listeners will learn all about the low vibration emotions (fear, anger, inertia) and the high vibration emotions (love, peace, gratitude) and how to achieve higher vibrations in everyday living.

"Everything is energy", and "your thoughts have the power to create" sounds kind of new-agey at first... until you learn that an overwhelming amount of credible science has now proven what Ancient wisdom has known all along.

In "Vibe", Robyn Openshaw goes deep into how what you think, what you feel, your relationships, your struggles, and even your spiritual journey all matter when it comes to living a healthy life. But most of all, she gives down to earth advice and tools on how to keep your vibration (your mood, your spirits, your mental and physical energy levels, etc.) high. Highly recommended!
