I loved everything about American Gods! It was funny, and bit tragic. Laura is a badass 💪💪 And Shadows character evolved wonderfully. My fingers are crossed that they make a season two of the show. I would to see ALL of the book in the show. Neil Gaiman writes beautifully. I can't wait to read his other stories.

I enjoyed listening to Midnight Rising. It was a fun story with Mina, her wolf 🐺 and vampires. if you enjoyed the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris you would probably love this book. At times the narrator did sound a tad monotone and it was hard to pay attention but other than that the story was solid.
