What is the chapter about again?

Not for me
I listened to exactly half of the audiobook. The writer narrates it himself. that was one of many reasons I didn’t enjoy it. I didn’t relate to how he speaks or what he says, despite 20% of the content that I actually did find interesting. His extremely negative view of the world and cynicism of all people wasn’t relatable. Author insists on continuously providing arguments for why his reader need not fall into the deep pit of despair and nihilism, which it sounds like he assumes is inevitable. Perhaps those with a propensity for it, liked this book more than me...
