If you are looking for a book with strategies to improve performance, this is not it. If you need some motivation and would like to get yelled at by your coked-out, Tony Robbins reading uncle, this might be your book. Here is the book summarized: SUCCESS IS A MORAL DUTY SET GOALS THAT ARE OUTSIZED WORK REALLY HARD DOMINATE The author is almost a parody of a motivational speaker. He does not believe in any moderation. Do not waste time planning, just do it!
