Good story but a performance that felt unprepared

The story was good if slightly one-dimensional and there were mistakes in the editing where mispronunciations of words or even names were overlooked, but they were few.
The narrator's performance gave me the impression that he didn't pre read the book or his lines before delivering them. This caused his acting to suffer, as his emotional connection to the material often arrived too late to build a sense of anticipation or even urgency.

Good story but slow at first

Overall a well-written book with a decent plot. Reading the book would have been a bit less confusing as some of the pronouns for the omnisexuals (S/he and he/r) weren't properly verbally explained but have been obvious in print.
