A woman's point if view on many levels, a nice change from a male macho view. the story is hugely improbable as the President's lead Secret Service agent spends the whole story without him.

Amanda Lindhout was captured, raped, tortured and isolated for 15 months. hard enough to write her story, more extraordinary that she reads it for the audio book.

the narrator speaks in a halting, Kuching fashion if when it is a simple sentence. the story premise seems preposterous, but it's always fun to read if the CIA sticking it to the Russians.

I didn't like the material, didn't like the reader, didn't like the message. the attitude reflects a lot of what is wrong in the USA.
