Chalene has done a ton of research and testing to create the 131 Method. Everything is backed by science and testing. I love how this system works for each and every body. I love how it’s. It a diet but a system of phasing foods in and out. Can’t wait to start on Ignite!! Thank you for writing and reading this book Chalene. I have the hard copy too and it’s a beautiful book.

Chalene reads the book with great enthusiasm so it makes it easy to listen to. And the science and facts she provides makes me feel confident that this is a safe and healthy way to get a handle on my health and weight.

Initially I was so thrilled to hear she had an epiphany and realized the low carb lifestyle was much healthier and beneficial for healing. But when she mentioned “ butcherbox” it was like a bucket of ice water being thrown on me. Is she really genuinely on-board or simply jumping on the bandwagon of the low carb movement????? Is the money she’s going to make off the new book not enough? The affiliate link to butcherbox simply left me cold. Just another money grab by a savvy ( but now of questionable integrity) businesswoman. I literally couldn’t listen to another word. And by her own admission she had been telling us one thing and doing something completely the opposite she has zero credibility!!!
