lean is a Way of Life

This is an awe inspiring book. Paul and I share the same vision. Well done. 2 Second Lean is something every organization should adopt. Growing People is perhaps the most important element of an organization's success.

Lean for those that want traction

I think the book was great. It provides some great insight in to how a company can implement lean easily and in small incremental steps. It doesn’t always mean huge expenses and significant time to make changes, but rather small changes done by all. The videos that were also available and mentioned in the book were also a very important aspect that I appreciated to have access to.
