A series I consistently return to again and again

This is the 4th book I have tried from Your Meditation Sanctuary and I am always so impressed. Each book gets better and retains its high quality production and content. This book hit all the marks for me and each meditation is perfect in its own way. The deep sleep and anxiety meditations work like magic. I return to this anxiety meditation every time I begin to feel overwhelmed and almost instantly I begin to feel better once I listen to the narrator's voice. I was able to let go of hatred and resentment that I had been holding onto for years with the forgiveness meditation. The narrator somehow is able to reach deep inside of your heart space and make you feel safe enough to truly feel and process your emotions. This is an overall amazing book and I highly recommend it to everyone!
