Well Done!

I have listened to this book about 5 times and starting it again. It has so much pertinent information for living healthy into old age and aging backwards. Apply what you can in the first reading and start again to take it to the next level. I have combined it with Dr Gundry’s book Longevity Paradox and while they’re both powerful reads, combined it gave me real clarity in healthy aging. Thank you Suzanne. I look forward to applying these tools and plan to live to at least 120…healthy!
